Logging In
After logging into the CheckPoint website, click on the Skill Builder link in the left column of the page. This is the home page from which new Skill Builders can be scheduled, current user's progress can be viewed, and meters can be requested.

Scheduling a New Skill Builder
To schedule a new Skill Builder, click on the first link under the Skill Builder Administration box. The first step is to locate the employee that is to use the Skill Builder. Search by serial number, last name, or first name. Click the button to proceed to the results of the search. Before scheduling any Skill Builders make sure that the employee's email address has been input. If it has been, the word "Yes" will appear in the "Email Address" column, otherwise, "No-Add" will appear. Click on the "Add" link to update the respondent's email address. Once the search results have appeared, click the "Schedule" link in the far right column that co-responds to the employee. A list will display all of the Skill Builders that can be assigned. If the employee has already been assigned or has completed any Skill Builders, it will read "has been scheduled" to the right of the checkbox. Click any checkboxes for which the employee needs to perform a Skill Builder. After all Skill Builders have been selected, click the button on the bottom of the screen. A confirmation screen will appear stating how many meters will be used and a listing of which Skill Builders have been selected. If everything is correct click the button. If the email address was input, the respondent will receive an email telling them that they have been scheduled for a Skill Builder.

Viewing Existing Skill Builders
To view existing Skill Builders, click the second link under the Skill Builder Administration Box. Existing Skill Builders can be searched by serial number, partial first name, or partial last name. The search can also find results for specific Skill Builders. Use the pull down menu to designate which specific Skill Builder to view. The results can be sorted by name, serial number or status. Simply click the dot to the left of whichever method is to be used. All existing users can be viewed by leaving everything blank and clicking the button. The list will display serial number, respondent's name, Skill Builder activity, and status.

Skill Builder Participant List
To view the Skill Builder Participant List, click the third link under the Skill Builder Administration box. This will bring up a list with three columns; name, username, and password. Use the password reset link in the event of a respondent forgetting their password. Simply click the link labeled "Reset", enter the new password twice for confirmation and click the button.

Meters
View meter transaction history by clicking on the link beneath the Meter Account box. This displays all meter transactions that have taken place for an account. It shows date of transaction, the number of meters transferred, the users involved, and a description as to how the meter was used. To return to Skill Builder Central, click the [Return to Skill Builder Center] link on the bottom of the list.
