The SkillBuilder is designed to help a person improve their leadership skills. The SkillBuilder works by helping to identify the problem and then designing and implementing a plan to solve it.

My SkillBuilder
This page displays any SkillBuilder activities that have been assigned. To begin an activity, click on the "Action" link out to the right of the SkillBuilder. To resume an activity, click on the "Resume" link.

SkillBuilder Module
All fields in this section must be completed to advance to the next page by clicking the button in the lower right hand corner. Once this section is completed, a list of all of the activities necessary for completing a particular SkillBuilder will appear. Any information can be edited at any time.

SkillBuilder Tips and Activities
This section shows all of the activities necessary to complete a particular SkillBuilder section along with tips for those individual sections. To view tips on an activity, click the "Tips" link under the activity menu. Begin a section by clicking the "Begin" link that is also in the activity menu. If a section has already been started, it can be resumed by click a "Resume" link that will appear in place of the "Begin" link. Once a section is completed the user will be retuned to the "SkillBuilder Tips and Activities" page. When all sections have been completed, the "Aha" and "KSS" sections will become available. View the "Aha's" and "KSS" methods by clicking the links out to the right of the two action plans. Complete the "Action Plan" for each item by clicking on their respective links.

Aha Action Plan
This screen displays any "Aha's" and helps to begin a plan for action. Fill out the question boxes and click the button t advance to the next page. Fill out any additional question boxes and click the button to return to the "SkillBuilder Tips and Activities" page.

KSS Action Plan
This screen allows the user to fill in KSS methods they choose. Fill out all of the question boxes and click the button to return to the "SkillBuilder Tips and Activities" page.

Once both the Aha and KSS Action Plans have been completed, a button will appear in the bottom right corner of the "SkillBuilder Tips and Activities" page. Click on this button to advance t the Printing page.

Adobe Acrobat Reader 5.0 or above is necessary to view/print an "Action Plan". Download the FREE version by clicking on the Adobe logo on the left side of the page.

Click the button to open Adobe Acrobat and view the Action Plan". To save the document, click on the disk logo in the upper left corner.
